Residential Rental Contract Highlights

• One year contract that becomes month to month after the first year
• Pets Allowed; agreement and non-refundable pet deposit required (excluding certified service animals)
• Fee-free common amenities
• Current Building Monthly Rental Rates:  $855 one-bedroom;  $1,075 two bedrooms (both with water/sewage/trash)
• Electricity, the Internet, and cable T.V.  are not included
• Refundable Security Deposit required
• Free quarterly pest treatment – building exterior and interior halls and activity rooms

Rules & Regulations Highlights

• Renter’s Insurance Required
• Guests allowed for up to 14 days
• No exterior satellite dishes (including on the balcony)
• No smoking in the building including on the balcony
• Certified service animals do not require a pet deposit
• In-apartment bug and pest treatments are resident responsibility
