Request to Change Apartment Policy

Any resident who wishes to move to another apartment must complete the standard application for residency and provide the required supporting documents. The application fee will be waived.

Because the resident is moving to a different apartment, a new Residential Rental Contract as well as a new Rules & Regulations are required as well as other documents. Before taking occupancy, rent payment and deposits (including a new Pet Deposit and a new Security Deposit) will be collected.

If approved, the resident is then subject to the Waiting List Policy. This policy can be found on the Alder Springs website by using the Become A Resident button on the Home Page and then searching for the link to Alder Springs Agreements, Policies and Forms.

After the apartment being vacated has been inspected, the appropriate security deposit refund will be promptly paid to the resident.
